Fees:
Think Water's Bend is right for you? Our application fee is $35.
A $150 deposit is required with approved credit.
Terms:
We offer flexible leasing terms. Give us a call and we'll see what we can do for you.
Utilities:
Residents are responsible for their own electric and water usage.
Cable Television:
Feel free to kick back and watch tv—each apartment is cable-ready.
Laundry:
No need to head out to a laundromat. We have washer and dryer connections in each apartment. Residents may rent a washer and dryer for $40 per month. We also have two onsite coin operated laundry facilities.
Pets:
We have pet friendly apartments - with just a few rules. We welcome cats or dogs, with a limit of two pets. There is a breed restriction and weight limit for dogs. We require a record of health for your fuzzy friend with a deposit and monthly fee.
We charge a refundable deposit of $200 for one pet and $300 for two and a monthly fee of $35 for one pet or $50 for two. Monthly fees waived for declawed cats with vet form.
Furniture Rental:
Here on business or simply don't want to buy furniture? Rent from us! We offer furniture rental packages; please contact a leasing consultant for more information.
Account Management:
We make it easy for our residents to manage their accounts online with napLife Resident Portal, where you can schedule maintenance requests, pay your rent (via checking account), view your account history, check out upcoming local events and more.
