  1. Taft Museum of Art: <\/strong>Over 200 years old, the building that houses the collection galleries of the Taft Museum of Art<\/a> is one of Cincinnati\u2019s architectural marvels. A National Historical Landmark, the Baum-Longworth-Sinton-Taft house is \u201cdowntown Cincinnati\u2019s oldest wooden residence still in its original location\u201d as shared by the museum. It is often regarded as an exemplar of Federal style<\/a>. Unsurprisingly, given the history of this building, the Taft Museum of Art is also located in one of Cincinnati\u2019s historic districts \u2013 the Lytle Park Historic District.<\/li>\n

Carew Tower: <\/strong>As shared by Cincinnati Magazine<\/a> in its exploration of the most iconic buildings in Cincinnati, the Art Deco architecture of the Carew Tower is one of the reasons for this location\u2019s distinction. Now registered as a National Historic Landmark, this building holds the distinction of being the \u201cfirst large-scale mixed-use commercial development of its kind in the U.S.\u201d.\u00a0 For over 80 years (until 2011), it was also the tallest building in the city.<\/li>\n
  3. City Hall: <\/strong>Cincinnati\u2019s City Hall<\/a> has been home to the city\u2019s government for over 170 years. From the stained-glass windows and clock tower to the Romanesque style, this building has many notable features that draw the interest of passersby and architectural enthusiasts alike.<\/li>\n
  4. Union Terminal: <\/strong>To the west of downtown Cincinnati, one architectural standout is Union Terminal.
