Could a New Retirement Community Be Coming to Sycamore Township?
New construction might be taking place in Sycamore Township. The Kansas City-based NorthPoint Development has proposed a 75,605-square-foot, 98-bed retirement community along Montgomery Road, according to Cincinnati.com. If approved, the two-story building would occupy a 5-acre parcel on Montgomery Road, between Miami Avenue and Finley Lane, which is mostly vacant. Construction on the new nursing facility would be expected to end sometime in 2018.
