Lace Up Your Skates at O’Keeffe’s Ice Rink at Fountain Square
Before you kneel around the tree and open gifts, it's essential to check a few things off your holiday to-do list. One of them is to slow down, round up a group of family or friends, and really savor the season. In Cincinnati, one of the best places to do this is at the O'Keeffe's Ice Rink in Fountain Square.
The rink opened to the public back in October and welcomes skaters through mid-February, so you still have ample opportunities to lace up a pair of skates and slice some figure-eights into the ice. Bring your own skates or rent a pair at the rink and enjoy an hour or two of skating, then take a break with some food and drink from the concessions stand. You can grab small snacks, soda, coffee, and even beer and wine at the service counter. So whether you bring the kids along or leave them at home, you're bound to have a fun and festive time at O'Keeffe's Ice Rink. Admission is $6 and rental skates are $4.
