Grab a Non-GMO Bone Broth Bowl at CoreLife Eatery
CoreLife Eatery debuted a Hyde Park branch in July with a menu of organic, seasonal, and non-GMO foods. The ingredients come in a few different forms. You can order a standard salad loaded with leafy greens, try a bowl loaded with organic grains or rice, opt for a bowl of bone-broth and veggies, or dig into one of the grilled plates.
The grain bowls are particularly popular, so fuel up with one for lunch. Try the vegan Sriracha-ginger tofu over warm quinoa, shredded kale, carrots, beets, and broccoli. If you want some meat in your meal, dig into the spicy ginger steak and rice noodles bone both bowl, which features grass-fed steak with kale, broccoli, carrots, scallions, almonds, and a touch of cilantro. Looking for something more familiar? The chicken cobb puts a lower-calorie spin on the classic salad with a mix of kale and romaine, avocado, a hard-boiled egg, bacon, and antibiotic-free chicken.
