Where to Brunch This Weekend: The Baker’s Table
Every Saturday and Sunday morning, the creativity of Chef David Willocks is on full display at The Baker’s Table. His brunch menu has been tantalizing taste buds since the cafe opened in December. Chef David draws inspiration from the local ingredients available seasonally, as well as the cuisines of the American South, France, and Italy.
Grab a table during the weekend brunch for some bottomless coffee and a few of his inventive bites. Start with the Italian ricotta doughnuts, smothered with pear-ginger butter, or the crispy Yukon potatoes with house-made aioli. Save room for the Red Flannel hash tossed with roasted beets and creme fraiche, plus a fried egg on top or the brioche French toast topped with strawberry syrup and chantilly cream. You can stop into The Baker’s Table anytime Wednesday through Sunday for creative breakfast and lunch fare like these bites.
