Head to Paul Brown Stadium on July 20 for Yoga on the Field
“Who dey think gonna beat them Bengals?” It’s a common chant during most games at the Paul Brown Stadium, when the Cincinnati Bengals face off against their NFL nemeses. And there’s a nod to the Bengals—and their signature chant—in NamasDEY – Yoga on the Field, a special event held on their home field.
On Saturday, July 20th, instructors from The Yoga Bar will take over the field from 8:30 to 10 a.m. with a fleet of yogis. You’ll flow through an all-levels yoga practice on the same grass where the Bengals play, led by the seasoned teachers. All you need to do is sign up online ($10), bring along a yoga mat and some water, and get ready to move through a fun yoga flow in this stunning setting. Round up a few friends to join you at NamasDEY – Yoga on the Field.
