Do you have any apartments available right now at East 8 Lofts?
We have studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom loft apartments available or coming soon. Availability can change daily - we recommend contacting our leasing team for the most current options that fit your desired move-in date and preferences.
What are the current rental rates?

Do you offer furnished apartments?
While our apartments are not furnished, we can connect you with Cort Furniture Rental who can offer multiple furniture options at additional fees. Please contact the Leasing Office for details.
When can I schedule a tour?
Both in-person and virtual tours are available to accommodate your schedule. Contact the leasing office to arrange a time that works best for you.
What’s included in the rent at East 8 Lofts?
Rent includes access to community amenities such as the fitness center, resident lounge, game room, and theater room. Utilities are not included in the rent.
What lease terms are offered at East 8 Lofts?
East 8 Lofts primarily offers 12-month lease terms while longer or shorter lease options may be available. Please contact the Leasing Office for current options.
What is the application process and how long does approval take?
