Do you have any apartments available right now at East 8 Lofts?

We have studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom loft apartments available or coming soon. Availability can change daily - we recommend contacting our leasing team for the most current options that fit your desired move-in date and preferences.

What are the current rental rates?

Rents generally start around $1,285 for a studios, $1,535 for one-bedrooms, and $2,020 for two-bedrooms, though specific rates vary by floor plan, features, and current availability.

Do you have any move-in specials or promotions available?

We occasionally offer limited-time leasing specials based on current availability. To learn about active promotions or discounts on specific floor plans, please contact our leasing office directly.

What’s included in the rent at East 8 Lofts?

Rent includes access to community amenities such as the fitness center, resident lounge, game room, and theater room. Utilities may be billed separately based on usage.

What lease terms are offered at East 8 Lofts?

East 8 Lofts primarily offers 12-month lease terms. Shorter lease options may be available depending on availability and timing. Our leasing team will be happy to discuss flexible lease options that best fit your needs.

What is the application process and how long does approval take?

You can apply online directly through our website or visit our leasing office in person. The application process includes proof of income, a background and credit check, and a small application fee. Once submitted, approvals are typically processed within 1–3 business days, depending on screening requirements.

How much is the security deposit, and is it refundable?

The security deposit typically equals one month’s rent, though the exact amount may vary based on credit and application details. Deposits are generally refundable at move-out, provided the apartment is returned in good condition and lease terms are fulfilled.

Is East 8 Lofts pet friendly? What is the pet policy?

Yes! We allow up to two pets per apartment with a non-refundable pet fee of $300 and monthly pet rent of $35. While we love all pets, certain breed restrictions may apply. Service animals are always welcome.
