What floor plans are available at Gettysburg Square Apartments?
Gettysburg Square has availability across a variety of one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, and townhomes for rent. Availability can change daily, for the most accurate availability, we recommend contacting the leasing team.
What are the rental rates at Gettysburg Square Apartments?
Rental rates at Gettysburg Square vary depending on the floor plan and availability. For the most accurate and up-to-date pricing for each floor plan, please visit our floor plans page.
What’s included in the rent?
Rent includes access to community amenities such as our swimming pool, lap pool, fitness center, basketball court, and tennis courts. Utilities are not included in the base rent. Residents are responsible for electricity, water, and other personal utilities. Our leasing team can provide a helpful estimate of average monthly utility costs based on apartment size.
Are there any move-in specials?
We occasionally offer limited-time promotions depending on availability, lease terms, and season. Reach out to our leasing team to learn about current promotions.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
While our apartments are not furnished, we can connect you with Cort Furniture Rental who can offer multiple furniture options at additional fees. Please contact the Leasing Office for details.
When can I schedule a tour?
Both in-person and virtual tours are available to accommodate your schedule. Contact the leasing office to arrange a time that works best for you.
What is the security deposit?
The security deposit varies based on credit and application details. The leasing team can provide details around the deposit during the application process.
Do you offer short-term leases?
We offer flexible lease terms. Short-term leases (or long-term leases) may be available. Please contact the Leasing Office for current options.
How soon can I move in?
Move-in availability can vary for several reasons, but in some cases, immediate move-ins are possible. Please contact the Leasing Office at the time of application.
How does the application process work?
Applying for your new home is easy! You can apply online directly through our website or visit our leasing office in person. The application process includes proof of income, a background and credit check, and a small application fee. Our team is here to guide you through each step.
Is Gettysburg Square pet-friendly?
Yes! Gettysburg Square is a pet friendly community with two dedicated dog parks (one for all dogs and one for small dogs). Contact the leasing team to learn more about any particular fees.

Residents enjoy premium amenities such as a fitness center, swimming pool, lap pool, basketball court, and tennis courts, along with beautifully maintained grounds with pet-friendly spaces.

Are there grocery stores or schools nearby?
Yes! Gettysburg Square is located close to many local schools that are part of the Bellevue School System including Newport High School, Newport Primary School, Southgate Public School and Highlands High School. In additon to the nearby schools, the community is close to grocery stores, such as Kroger, along with other local dining, shopping and more.
Is parking available?
Yes, Gettysburg Square provides on-site parking for residents at no additional cost, as well as abundant parking availability for both residents and guests.
