How soon can I move in?

Move-in dates depend on current vacancies and unit readiness. Many residents are able to move in within 30 to 60 days, depending on apartment availability and application approval. Our leasing team can help match you with a home that fits your desired move-in date.

Is Olde Montgomery pet-friendly?

Yes! Olde Montgomery is a pet-friendly community. We welcome both cats and dogs, with certain breed and size restrictions. A non-refundable pet deposit fee of $250 and monthly pet rent of $25 are required. Service animals are always welcome.
