What types of apartment homes are available?
Sycamore Place Lofts offers a variety of apartment layouts, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. Availability varies depending on move-in dates, the leasing team can provide details on units ready for immediate occupancy as well as upcoming availability for specific floor plans.
What are the current rental rates?
Rental rates vary depending on the floor plan, size, and availability. Studio apartments typically start around $1,350 per month, one-bedroom apartments start at $1,610, and two-bedroom apartments start at $2,100. Are utilities included in the rent?
Rent at Sycamore Place Lofts typically does not include utilities. Utilities such as electricity, water, and internet are the responsibility of the resident. The leasing office can provide an estimate of typical costs for each unit type.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
Yes, Sycamore Place Lofts does offer furnished apartments. Fully furnished units include furniture, housewares, linens, streaming cable, WiFi, utilities and one parking space. If you would like a furnished unit, we recommend contacting the leasing office to confirm current availability, pricing, and lease‑terms specific to furnished homes.
Do you accept housing vouchers?
Sycamore Place Lofts operates on market-rate pricing and does not accept Section 8 vouchers at this time.
Do you offer short-term leases?
Sycamore Place Lofts typically offers 12-month lease terms, but shorter options may be available depending on current availability and timing. Our leasing team will be happy to discuss flexible lease options that best fit your needs.
What is the application process?
Applying is simple. Prospective residents fill out an online application form. The application process includes proof of income, a background and credit check, and a small application fee. Our team is here to guide you through each step.
How can I schedule a tour?
Tours are available at your convenience. You can schedule an in-person or virtual tour by submitting a contact form and the team will confirm a time that works best for you.
Does the community allow pets?
Yes! Sycamore Place Lofts is a pet-friendly community. Cats and dogs are welcome, with breed and size restrictions. A monthly pet fee of $35 and deposit of $300 is required. Service animals are always welcome.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available for residents, though availability and pricing may vary. Some units include access to designated parking, and the leasing office can provide the latest details based on your needs.
