Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most commonly asked questions about our downtown Cincinnati apartment community, amenities, leasing process, and more. What types of apartment homes are available?
Sycamore Place Lofts offers a variety of apartment layouts, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. Availability varies depending on move-in dates, the leasing team can provide details on units ready for immediate occupancy as well as upcoming availability for specific floor plans.
What are the current rental rates?
Rental rates vary depending on the floor plan, size, and availability. For the most accurate and up-to-date pricing, please check our floor plans page.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Rent at Sycamore Place Lofts typically does not include utilities. Utilities such as electricity, water, and internet are the responsibility of the resident. The leasing office can provide an estimate of typical costs for each unit type.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
Yes, Sycamore Place Lofts does offer furnished apartments. Fully furnished units include furniture, housewares, linens, streaming cable, WiFi, utilities and one parking space. If you would like a furnished unit, we recommend contacting the leasing office to confirm current availability, pricing, and lease‑terms specific to furnished homes.
When can I schedule a tour?
Both in-person and virtual tours are available to accommodate your schedule. Contact the leasing office to arrange a time that works best for you.
Do you accept housing vouchers?
Sycamore Place Lofts operates on market-rate pricing and does not accept Section 8 vouchers at this time.
Do you offer short-term leases?
Sycamore Place Lofts typically offers 12-month lease terms, but shorter (or longer) options may be available depending on current availability. Please contact the Leasing Office for current options.
What is the application process?
Applicants can submit a rental application online or in person. Approval timing can vary, depending on screening of background, income, and credit, but the leasing team will provide an estimated timeframe when you apply.
How soon can I move in?
Move-in availability can vary for several reasons, but in some cases, immediate move-ins are possible. Please contact the Leasing Office at the time of application.
Does the community allow pets?
Yes! Sycamore Place Lofts is a pet-friendly community. Contact the leasing team to learn more about any particular fees.
Is parking available?
Yes! There are multiple parking garages and open surface lots available just steps away from Sycamore Place lofts. Residents are able to choose the parking option that best suits their needs. Additional charges apply.

Sycamore Place Lofts is located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati at Sycamore and Ninth Street. The community is part of Saint Xavier Park, a collection of five distinct apartment communities in the heart of downtown, offering convenient access to Over-the-Rhine, Fountain Square, and a variety of popular dining, shopping, and entertainment destinations. Its central location makes it ideal for residents seeking vibrant, connected urban living.
