Celebrate German Food, Drink and Culture at Oktoberfest Zinzinnati From Sept. 21-23
It takes 80,500 bratwurst, 23,004 soft pretzels, and 1,875 pounds of German potato salad to make Oktoberfest Zinzinnati a reality every year. The food vendors of Cincinnati are happy to oblige in honor of this longstanding tradition, which first launched in 1976 as a nod to Germany's own Oktoberfest.
Oktoberfest Zinzinnati will return to Second and Third Streets the weekend of September 21st to the 23rd. The three-day affair is jam-packed with vendors selling authentic German food and craft beer, as well as entertainers bringing the European vibes. You can expect lots of German-inspired live music, games like Beer Barrel Rolling and Beer Stein Racing, and silly endeavors like the World's Largest Chicken Dance. Come out to Oktoberfest Zinzinnati this September to enjoy the German culture and a stein of beer.
