What are the current rental rates?
Rental rates at Centennial Station vary depending on the floor plan and availability. Studio apartments typically start around $1,450 per month, one-bedrooms start at $1,660, and two-bedrooms start at $2,040. For the most accurate and up-to-date pricing, please visit our floor plans page.
Are there any apartments currently available?
Yes! Centennial Station often has availability across a variety of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. Availability can change daily - we recommend contacting our leasing team for the most current options that fit your desired move-in date and preferences.
Are there any current move-in specials?
We occasionally offer limited-time leasing specials based on current availability. To learn about active promotions or discounts on specific floor plans, please contact our leasing office directly.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Utilities are not included in the base rent. Residents are responsible for electricity, water, and other personal utilities. Our leasing team can provide a helpful estimate of average monthly utility costs based on apartment size.
Do you offer short-term lease options?
Centennial Station typically offers 12-month lease terms, but shorter options may be available depending on current availability and timing. Our leasing team will be happy to discuss flexible lease options that best fit your needs.
How does the application process work?
Applying for your new home is easy! You can apply online directly through our website or visit our leasing office in person. The application process includes proof of income, a background and credit check, and a small application fee. Our team is here to guide you through each step.
Is Centennial Station pet-friendly?
Absolutely! Centennial Station is a pet-friendly community with a dedicated dog park available. We allow up to two pets per apartment with a refundable pet deposit fee of $300 and monthly pet rent of $25. While we love all pets, certain breed restrictions may apply. Service animals are always welcome.
What amenities does Centennial Station offer?
Our community features a well-rounded collection of amenities designed for comfort and convenience. Residents enjoy access to a resort-style swimming pool with a pool side cafe, state-of-the-art fitness center, basketball court, resident clubhouse, and on-site parking. We also offer beautifully landscaped courtyards and pet-friendly walking areas.
