Does Seven at Broadway offer furnished units?

Yes, Seven at Broadway does offer furnished apartments. Fully furnished units include furniture, housewares, linens, streaming cable, WiFi, utilities and one parking space. If you would like a furnished unit, we recommend contacting the leasing office to confirm current availability, pricing, and lease‑terms specific to furnished homes.

Are there any current promotions or specials?

When can I schedule a tour?

The standard lease term is 12 months though shorter or longer options may be available. Please contact the Leasing Office for current options.

When is move-in available?

Move-in dates depend on current availability. Many apartments are ready for immediate move-in or within the next 30 days. Our leasing team can help match you with a home that fits your desired move-in date.

How soon can I move in?

Move-in availability can vary for several reasons, but in some cases, immediate move-ins are possible. Please contact the Leasing Office at the time of application.

How does the application process work?

Applying for your new home is easy! You can apply online directly through our website or visit our leasing office in person. The application process includes proof of income, a background and credit check, and a small application fee. Our team is here to guide you through each step.

What community amenities are available?

Residents enjoy a variety of premium amenities, including a rooftop terrace, outdoor kitchen, 24-hour fitness center, garage parking, and pet park.
